Standard Shipping (India)

• Serviceable locations
  Orders are delivered across most pincodes in India through trusted courier partners.

• Order processing time
  Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Standard delivery time
  After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days for metro and major cities, and up to 7–10 working days for remote or non-serviceable locations, depending on the courier.

• Shipping charges

  • Either flat-rate (e.g., ₹X per order) or free shipping above a minimum order value (you can set this threshold).

  • Any additional charges (such as special handling for large items) will be shown at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
  COD may be offered on selected pincodes and order values, and can carry a small convenience fee to cover handling costs.

• Tracking & updates
  Once shipped, you receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to follow your order status until delivery.

• Delays & exceptions
  Delivery timelines may be affected by festivals, strikes, extreme weather, or courier operational issues. Such delays are outside Saudebaz’s direct control, but support will help with escalations where possible.
